The qualifying stage will take place from November 25, 2023, to January 15, 2024. This year, the selection for the Olympiad will be based on a single long contest.
Following the results of the qualification stage, from 300 to 600 participants will be invited to the final stage. The selection criteria will be published after the end of qualification contest.
The selection criteria will depend on the participant’s final score, country, and school grade. No other criteria will affect the selection. For more details, refer to the rules for the qualifying stage.
The final stage of the Olympiad will take place from March 7 to March 9, 2024. There will be two 5-hour contests in the March 8 and 9.
All international participants that are invited to the final stage can take part in olympiad in either online or offline format. Offline contest will be held in Moscow, Russia in the 1C: Research, Development, and Training Center. All offline participants will be provided with accommodation and meals.
