All final stage participants must have:

• Certificate from the educational institution for the 2023-2024 academic year
• Russian participants must have consent for the processing of personal data, publication of work on the internet.

Scans or photos of these documents must be uploaded to the document collection form

For participants under the age of 18, parents (legal representatives) sign the consent (consent form for participants under 18), participants aged 18 and over sign the consent themselves (consent form for adults).

All participants will need to present an identity document (passport, international passport, birth certificate) in person at the venue or show it on camera for remote participation.

Participants in Moscow staying at the hotel must have a travel order to the olympiad specifying the person responsible for the participant’s life and health (one per delegation) or parental consent for independent accommodation in the hotel (statement form for persons aged 14 and over or statement form for persons under 14 years old). Such a statement is not required if the participant is 18 years old or older or if they are accompanied by one of the parents.

In mid-February, a preliminary document collection form will be published, where you will need to upload scans or photos of the listed documents.
